Practice Overview:

    Attorney Robert Beattey is a proud Associate of SPENCER LAW FIRM, LLC  which maintain offices in Seattle, Washington, Tacoma, Washington and Anchorage, Alaska in order to serve clients in those cities more easily.

We focus primarily on two areas of law: 

Business and Litigation.

Within those two areas we have a lot of experience with businesses and litigation involving:

Environmental contamination (MTCA, CERCLA, CWA, etc.), land use (GMA, SMA, Comprehensive Plans, etc), and businesses that are heavily regulated, like liquor establishments, construction firms, commercial cleaners, and adult businesses.

We also litigate extensively at the appellate level in federal and state courts either for our clients or as associated counsel with other attorneys.

We handle limited criminal and family law matters, including DUI, generally for established clients.

What we DON’T concentrate in:  bankruptcy, serious non-environmental crimes, family law involving children, probate, personal injury, medical malpractice, securities, tax, and worker’s compensation.
